Making of a Monarchy 1 Samuel tells the story of a nation that demands a king. Israel is essentially defined by the Ark of the Covenant, which is eventually taken and then returned. With the presence of God at stake, they plead Samuel for a king to ensure security, etc. As Israel struggles to exist and remain unified, they encounter many obstacles. Perhaps the same obstacles we face today!
THRIVE! Discipleship Classes
We begin a new era of discipleship with a year round offering of classes intended to grow and mature us as a body of believers. Classes will be offered to encourage us to go deep in our understanding of who Christ intends us to be. Many practical courses will also be offered in the areas of parenting, marriage and finances. THRIVE! is every Tuesday at the church, 6:30 pm. We are currently studying Romans!
